Return & Exchange Procedures
At Beluxx Store, we accept exchange within 10 days of the delivery. The return must be registered and sent within 10 days from the delivery date.
– The item must be returned in its original packaging (bag), unused, unstained, unwashed, with its original tag, and in perfect condition.
– Items without tags or that do not meet the aforementioned requirements will not be accepted under any circumstances.
– The item must be returned in a box — returns in bags will not be accepted due to the delicate nature of the garment.
– We do not accept returns for refunds, as we work with limited and handcrafted production
– Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
